If you have questions or issues with the console, first look for answers in this online help or refer to the available product training and user guides. If you still cannot solve your issue, please contact the STC Support team by opening a case through the STC Console by selecting Open Case with Console Support Team.
STC Support is available Monday to Friday during standard working hours in the United States.
Before contacting the support desk, please collect the following information about an issue:

Subject title, STC case number, and description of the issue.

An exact description of your question or problem, including what you were doing when the problem occurred.
