Create approval request for quantity edit

In this page you can find instructions how to create approval request for quantity editing in STC.

1. Go to trial info page and click "Request change" button near quantity value;

   

2. Enter new quantity;

   • Provide justification;

   • Click "Submit";

   

After submission, the seller will receive an email confirming that the approval request has been created. You can track the status of your request or make changes to it in the Approval Requests tab.
